Toronto's fast, guaranteed mouse exterminator

Toronto's mouse problem — and how we solve it

Mouse sightings in Toronto have climbed year over year, driven by construction disruption, aging sewer infrastructure, and dense row-house neighbourhoods that give house mice easy runways between properties. A single missed entry point the size of a quarter is enough for a colony to re-establish itself inside a home.

247 Pest is a Toronto mouse exterminator built for that reality. Our technicians pair aggressive interior knockdown with locked exterior bait stations and full building exclusion, then back the work with a written guarantee. If mice come back during your coverage window, so do we — free.

Signs you need a Toronto mouse exterminator

• Small rice-shaped droppings in cupboards, drawers, or behind the stove
• Chewed food packaging, pet food bags, or insulation
• Scratching inside walls or ceilings, especially at night
• A musky, ammonia-like smell in basements or closets
• Nests of shredded paper or fabric in storage boxes
• Tiny gaps around pipes, vents, or garage doors with grease marks

Our 5-step Toronto mouse control process

1. 1

   Same-day inspection

A licensed Toronto mouse exterminator inspects basement, kitchen, attic, and exterior to find every entry point — mice fit through a hole the size of a dime.

2. 2

   Interior knockdown

Snap traps and tamper-resistant bait stations placed along runways in kitchens, basements, and wall voids.

3. 3

   Exterior perimeter control

Locked exterior stations stop new mice from moving in from yards, laneways, and neighbouring homes.

4. 4

   Full exclusion + seal-up

We seal gaps with copper mesh, sealant, and door sweeps — the step DIY treatments always miss.

5. 5

   Written guarantee

Every Toronto mouse program carries a written warranty. If mice return during coverage, we come back free.
